Kaitlyn celebrated her 1st birthday at the Storyteller's Cafe in Downtown Disney. While she had a good time watching all the kids jump around, she didn't care much for the bigger-than-life costumed characters walking around. There is a picture of her trying very hard to not look at the big bad wolf behind her. Or wishing that he would go away. LOL! But she did enjoy eating the Mickey Mouse head waffles. They were quite yummy!
Earlier that weekend, Kaitlyn got to meet her Gran-Auntie Attractra who gave her a cool new purse and baby doll w/bassinet. But most of all, Kaitlyn loved reading the card.
Overall, Kaitlyn had a wonderful first birthday. She got lots of clothes, toys, balls, and balloons. She even got to run thru a water fountain at Irvine Spectrum which I think she enjoyed even tho it splashed her in the face. But at least it cooled her off! LOL! So hard to believe that she is no longer a baby and is now officially a toddler. How time has flown! LOL!
